9Peg

Nine Peg

This game is a 2 player competitive puzzle game that can be played locally with a friend or solo vs a computer. The object of the game is to place your 9 pegs down on the board before your opponent does.

Each player takes turns rolling 2 dice and using the sum total to place a piece somewhere on the board. If you roll a 1 and a 2 for example, your sum total is 3 so you can place a peg on either the top row or bottom row at the hole marked "3".

Instead of placing down your own peg, you may choose to remove your opponent's peg at your rolled location.

There are also special rolls.
10 - lets you place at the "1" locations
11 - skips your turn
12 - lets you place or remove at any location
doubles - if both dice show the same number (like 1 and 1) you will get a bonus turn before your opponent plays.

Last important thing to remember is Lane Locking. You can lock a lane by owning both holes in a column. If a lane is locked, your opponent can no longer remove your piece.
